Extensively tooled to meet an ever-changing market, the machine shop is a modern CNC facility with machine tools capable of producing intricate and tolerance critical parts; from one off prototypes to medium volume production runs. Gartsherrie Engineering supply machined parts to a wide spectrum of industries including oil & gas, pump & turbine, energy & power, subsea, renewables, automotive and mining equipment. Our on-site machine shop is an integral part of supporting the fabrication part of the business. In-house machining guarantees greater control over costs and lead times.

Dah Lih double column machining centre
4m x 2.5m table with 1 metre Z axis capability
The machine structure design is ideal for large and heavy components (up to 12T in weight) – especially for the requirement of high stock metal removal, with maintained cutting stability and accuracy.
Hyundai WIA vertical turning centre
Increasing our turning capabilities to 1.16 metre diameter
- Stable spindle structure with excellent heavy duty cutting ability
- C Axis driven tooling
- 2 step chuck pressure mechanism adopted to minimize workpiece deformation
